On April 14th, Rotary Club members were pleased to welcome back Professor Laura Donohue of Georgetown Law Center and Director of the Center for National Security and the Law. Her informative and engaging talk included information from her most recent book, The Future of Foreign Intelligence: Privacy and Surveillance in a Digital World.
